(Included in DIAMOND Wedding package) Our Generator is directly connected to our venue’s electricity. Outside generators are unable to connect to our venue’s electricity. We provide our generator for free including fuel for our exclusive venue hire DIAMOND package only. For other packages that do not stipulate the generator in the inclusions - a rental fee is applicable. This fee includes fuel for our generator for 9hours the start up time is 3pm until midnight.
(Included in DIAMOND Wedding package) Our new sound system is 12,000 watts and includes 4X large speakers, 2x cordless microphones, 1x mixer with IPod compatible connection cables, 2x stands, 2x microphone stands and 2x large Yamaha base speakers. Our equipment is ideal for IPods, DJ’s, and Bands. Bands may require additional equipment like mixers for drum sets, small playback speakers etc. (Please ask your band) When bands are employed and are using our sound system, our sound technician is still necessary. Damage to our equipment is the responsibility of the Bride and the Groom, individual or company booking Watermark venue. Our sound technician is included in this price.

A gerb consists of a sufficiently strong and non-flammable container to hold the pyrotechnic compound the effect is similar to fireworks but it is not necessary for a fireworks permit.
Local council permit, please note this is not a police clearance. Only registered fireworks companies that comply with all the correct police clearances etc. are allowed to perform at our venue. (Please discuss with your planner and they will request the permit form us.)
These shows vary greatly from performances choreographed to music to street style shows with varying levels of audience interaction and participation. Modern fire shows can use a very wide range of fire skills and props. Performed by 3-5 dancers.

This ice will last approximately 3 hours.
This is a novelty item where our Bar Tab drinks only can be served from the canoe on the and before and after the Ceremony.

All B.Y.O beverages need to be discussed with Watermark before your event day.
The only accepted B.Y.O beverage is Wine and Champagne, Beer, Soft Drink, Aqua and mixed drink such as Smirnoff, Jack Daniels, Bali Coolers are also not acceptable. We are a licensed venue.
Please note midnight is our curfew. The surcharge is applicable if guests have not left Watermark by 12.30am. Evacuation of our premises later than 12.30am is a violation of our village event permit and will incur additional fines. (Please do not confuse this with EXTRA VENUE RENTAL TIME as below).
An additional hourly fee applies if events start before our usual venue hire time of 4PM for exclusive venue hire. Venue hire of less than 8 hours is the same price.
Additional security will include 4 men for up to 4 hours.
If bands, extra lighting, gelato stands, photo booths, L.E.D big screens etc. are employed for the Wedding with electrical demands over 5000watts then discussions with your planner and Watermark management is necessary. Our venue is unable to connect to outside generators. Fees will apply.
